Three Ways to Incorporate Crystals into Gardening/Plants

Healthy plant growth begins with the proper environment, specific to each plant’s needs. Be sure not to over soil your plant as this could cause the prevention of new life submerging. It’s just as important not to over water either. Give your plants the proper nourishment and get rid of any weeds surrounding them as they will steal the needed nutrients from your plant.

When looking for crystals to help with plants, Moss Agate is one of the most rewarding stones when it comes to increasing plant growth. As a stone of abundance, Moss Agate is known for its benefits in agricultural pursuits and has been successful in promoting the growth of new crops. Planted in a pot or flower bed, it increases the overall health of plants. Moss Agate will bring out your green thumb. It will build a connection or bond between you and nature.

You’ll need to make your own Moss Agate Essence:

1. Mix 4-5 drops of Moss Agate Essence with a gallon of fresh spring water in a large pot

2. Cover the pot with a damp cloth and place outside under the sun or moonlight for 3-4 hours

3. Carefully carry the pot inside and transfer the mixture to a sterile glass spray bottle

4. Spray on your plants liberally 2-3 times per week when growth is needed

Just like ourselves, plants need nurturing, not only for physical health but for general well-being as well. Tending to our plants each day not only provides a positive effect on our own moods, but it was also lead to a happier garden. Since our plants have the ability to uplift our spirits, we can show gratitude by sharing the healing energy of crystals. An exceptional crystal to do this with would be Blue Lace Agate.

Metaphysically, Agate has a lower intensity and vibrates to a slower frequency than other stones, but is highly regarded as a stabilizing and strengthening influence. The layered bands of microscopic quartz in Agate may appear delicate, they are actually very strong. Agate is excellent for balancing emotional, physical, and intellectual energy, and in harmonizing yin and yang, the positive and negative forces of the universe.

Items Needed:

6 drops (about 1 teaspoon) sandalwood essential oil

5 drops of dish soap (to help mix the water and oil)

1 gallon of water

6 drops of Blue Lace Agate Essence

1-gallon spray pump

Clear Quartz points or tumbled stones (Optional)

1. In a 1-gallon spray pump, mix all the ingredients together. Shake well before use.

2. Spray your plants in the morning time. Repeat this weekly, or bi-weekly as needed.

3. If you desire, add a few Clear Quartz points or tumbled stones to the soil to give the plants a little pick me up!

Creatures such as insects, rabbits, squirrels, and other small rodents can all be unwanted visitors within the garden. They can eat and destroy flowers and vegetables, reaping the rewards of your hard work and destroying the peaceful serenity of your space in nature. One tip to help with squirrels and other small animals is to leave a bit of food and water to remove the temptation of eating your garden. Placing red pepper around your plants may also deter them. However, when these methods are not quite working, using a Clear Quartz point can help.

For this spell, you will need a Clear Quartz point for each corner of your garden. When you found the correct amount of crystals, place them in each corner of the garden. Say this chant as you place each stone: Creatures though I welcome thee, kindly let my garden be. Please don’t harm my plants or home. I ask this while I place this stone.

To avoid losing smaller crystals in flower beds, place them next to larger rocks so you can locate them. Another option is to use specimens that you do not mind parting with.
