PRIMARY USES: First, place a pend and paper on your nightstand. Stand next to your bed facing away. Spray your Mists of Time roomy spray once in front of you and walk through it. Repeat this 6 more times, each time moving a small distance away from your bed. Then step back 7 times slowly. This will assure your aura is immersed in the Mists of Time. Now go to bed as normal. As you drift off to sleep or as you awaken immediately pick up the pen and paper and capture any images or thoughts. Over the course of 7 days, you will find that your subconscious will offer up many clues to past lives.
This spray is recommended to be used with Black Tourmaline on your nightstand, a Clear Quartz cluster to meditate with, and Third Eye Elixir drops on your forehead. Full instructions listed in the tabs below.

As you drift off to sleep or as you awaken immediately pick up the pen and paper and capture any images or thoughts. Each day carry the Quartz crystal of remembrance with you throughout the day.
