- Run water over your Isua Stone to activate it. You can use a faucet or pour it out of a bottle.
- Sit outside or near an open window.
- Place some dirt in your hand and then place the stone on top of the dirt.
- Sit as still as you can. You can leave your eyes open or close them. Listen with your ears, eyes, and heart. You may see visions and hear words, but most likely, you will feel guidance.
