The Sacral chakra controls the flow of energy and is the body’s center of gravity. It is the center of the Life Force of the body. It controls the flow of information from the body to the mind and from the mind to the body. Gut feelings, intuition, and other “non-linear” communication come from this chakra. Size: Set of five stones. The size of the stone varies between 1/4 inch to 1 inch.
Primary Uses: The Sacral Chakra, or Second Chakra, is located below the naval and above the pubic bone at the front of the pelvis. When in balance, the sacral chakra makes you feel graceful, playful, happy, and flexible in both body and mind. Since it is the life force and part of the flow of the body, it can be very noticeable when out of balance or blocked. If this is the case, you may feel confusion, over-dependency on others, repressed feelings, inability to feel joy, fear of sensuality or sex, frustration, and bitterness. More Information About Sacral Chakra Crystals
Carnelian. Carnelian is a stabilizing crystal, perfect for anchoring in the present. Its high energy helps restore lost vitality and motivation and stimulates creativity for new pursuits. It improves concentration and removes extraneous thoughts in daydreamers and during meditation. This stone also protects against envy, rage, and resentment – yours or from others, and encourages a love of life. It is useful for overcoming abuse of any kind, helping you to trust yourself and your perceptions.
Sunstone. Sunstone effectively cleans the aura and chakras and removes hooks from possessive loved ones, lovers, or anyone draining your energies. Sunstone surrounds these hooks with love and positive energy and returns them to the source. It is especially beneficial when ties need to be cut or if you have difficulty saying “No.”
Goldstone. Although Goldstone is a manmade stone of glass, it contains flecks of copper which give it that shimmering effect and a lot of metaphysical properties. It is an excellent conductor of energy. It helps balance chakras and connects well with the higher realm. Goldstone is a primary talisman of trust and cheerfulness.

Using the Sacral Chakra Crystal Kit
If you have any of the symptoms above or feel your Sacral chakra may be out of balance, using the Sacral Chakra Crystal Kit can help. Simply holding the crystals in your hand will provide relief. However, for more extensive blockages or problems, meditation with these crystals is recommended. Follow the steps below for near-instant relief.
- Lay down in a comfortable place.
- Place the Carnelian over your Sacral chakra, just below your belly button.
- Place the Clear Quartz in the center of your chest.
- Place the Sunstone on your forehead.
- Hold the Moonstone in your left hand and the Goldstone in your right hand.
- Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
- Imagine waves of an orange color coming from just below your belly button and washing over the rest of your body.
- You will feel calm and at ease. More grace and playfulness will fill your mind. Feelings of joy and pleasure will begin to make themselves known. You will feel in good spirits.
- When ready, place the crystals back in their bag or chosen location until you need to use them again.
