Crystal secrets is a new mini-series we're offering here at Crystal Vaults. We will discuss one uncommon crystal. Today we will be discussing the crystal secrets of Desert Rose, a type of Barite crystal.

Desert Rose crystals occur in intricate rose-like formations of Barite, which include abundant grains of sand. The ambient sand that is incorporated into the structure encrusts the crystals.
