DESCRIPTION: Beta quartz crystal in matrix. Now for absolute accuracy, Beta Quartz does not exist at a temperate below 573 degrees C. This crystals is technically a pseudomorph of Beta Quartz. It is a hexagonal dipyramid – a pairing of opposing six sided pyramids, and the crystals lack prism faces. Technically these crystals are Quartz after Beta Quartz but the energy of the Beta quartz is retained in the shape and spirit of the original Beta.
