Thank you for visiting and shopping at Crystal Vaults. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

United States

We ship by USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS SurePost, Ground, and Next Day Air.

Shipping Costs

You'll never have to worry about overpaying for shipping, as all costs are calculated directly through USPS and UPS. You'll only pay what the postal service charges for the class of shipping you select. The cost for shipping is calculated by the weight and dimensions of the package and the distance the package has to travel.

Processing & Delivery Times

We ship Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays. All orders are processed within 48 hours.  Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

 

Crystal-infused tea orders have a longer handling time for the infusing process.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS or UPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Insurance

Crystal Vaults offers $1.50 shipping insurance during the checkout process to provide customers with peace of mind while shopping with us. It allows Crystal Vaults to refund or reship orders that are misdelivered or missing.

If you decline the $1.50 shipping insurance, we cannot replace lost or damaged packages.

Issues with Shipments

If your package shows as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or UPS for assistance. Before contacting Crystal Vaults, please wait a day to see if your package turns up.

It is the buyers' responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Crystal Vaults is not responsible for a misdelivered package due to an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process and contact us immediately if the shipping address is incorrect.

If an item arrives broken, please contact us and attach a photo of the broken item and the condition of the box upon arrival.

Free Shipping

Crystal Vaults offers free shipping over $100 to Annual and Lifetime Crystal Inner Circle Members that reside in the United States. You can learn more about Crystal Inner Circle here.

Local Pick Up

Crystal Vaults offers in-store pick-up for local customers. During checkout, customers within a 50-mile radius of Crystal Vaults' physical location in Bunnell, Florida, can opt to pick up their order for no charge. Please contact us to schedule a pick-up time Monday through Friday between 11:00 am and 3:30 pm.

Canada, Mexico, and Overseas Orders

Crystal Vaults ships worldwide except for these countries - click here. We ship using USPS International Mail - First Class, Priority, & Priority Express.

Please be advised that USPS International First Class does not offer tracking information outside the United States. In the event that you do not receive your package, we can provide tracking to show that it was shipped. Crystal Vaults is not responsible for missing or misdelivered packages with this shipping method.

Shipping Costs

The cost is calculated directly from USPS based on package weight and destination.

Custom Fees & Import Taxes

Crystal Vaults is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

In the event that you refuse the package, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
