We ship all crystals to any address in the United States by US Postal Priority Mail for a flat $2.99 per shipment to a single address. You
don’t have to worry about excessive shipping charges being
added to your order.
We want you to know exactly what to expect. Whether you
order one or a hundred crystals, your shipping is $2.99. And that is not “last
class” but Priority Mail. Full insurance on your package is an available option and we price it at a low $1.99. If you elect not to purchase insurance, please be advised that loss or damage in transit will be your responsibility.
Obviously the more you order at a time the better the
deal.
All shipments are exceedingly carefully wrapped, and packed
in appropriate mailing boxes to protect your crystals.
Note: Books are shipped by first class mail if not ordered with crystals. The cost is the same $2.99
Canada, Mexico, and Overseas Orders - We have a minimum $50 order for overseas orders, please.
International Orders are sent by International Priority Mail
for a flat rate of $11.99 US. These are
marked with appropriate customs information. International
customers with special requests will be accommodated. Should
you require special shipping or customs actions, please advise
us of your needs and we will work with you to assure your shipment
is according to your wishes. If you do not instruct us
otherwise, all packages will be sent with full value declared, by Priority Mail. You also have the opportunity to insure your package during the checkout process. We encourage you to do so, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
Delivery Times
Since all items are shipped by Priority Mail, you can expect
delivery within 2-3 business days in the continental US, and
3-12 days internationally.

Returns
Crystal Vault's Return Policy is simple: If any
purchase is not what you want, return it within three weeks.
We will refund the purchase price of the item, immediately upon
receipt of the returned item.
Undamaged Items
We want you to be satisfied, and understand that sometimes what
you can see on a web site doesn’t match how the real crystal
appears physically. We do our utmost to photograph them
and describe them accurately, but recognize that we can’t
always meet everyone’s expectations. We don’t
stock any crystals we wouldn’t want to own, so if it isn’t
right – send it back. We do require that you notify
us within 10 days of receiving the crystal, and that you have
it back to us within 3 weeks. All sales are final
21 days after receipt.
If you are retuning an item, once we receive the crystal in
the same condition in which it was sent, we will refund your
money by using the same means you used to pay for the item originally. We
cannot reasonably refund the cost of postage.
Please wrap each item being returned securely in tissue or toilet
paper, then wrapped that in bubble wrap. Tape the bubble wrap
closed. Pack the tissue and bubble wrapped item in a sturdy box
with at least one inch of additional packing material all around.
Use a new box. Include all labels and any other materials provided
with the crystal in the box. If the crystal is delicate or easily
broken, it must be double boxed. Make sure the inner box is packed
as noted above, then pack that box in another with at least 1/2
inch of bubble wrap or styroform padding all around. Mail the
package insured for the value of the specimen to The Crystal
Vaults, 844 Westlake Drive, Ormond Beach FL 32174. Be sure to
include your name address, and a copy of your invoice to assure
prompt refund.
Shipping charges for returning items are the customer’s
responsibility. Please wrap and pack the specimen carefully and
insure the package for its value.
Damaged Items
We do apologize for any damage in shipment. We pack very carefully
and take all possible precautions. However, on very rare occasions,
damage does occur due to mishaps in transit. Please contact us
at once if you receive an item damaged in the mail. We must be
notified so that we can properly file an insurance claim. Please
check all shipments immediately and keep all packing material
and wrapping should an item be damaged. Contact us immediately
by email at customercare@crystalvaults.com for
complete instructions for processing the collection of insurance
and the refund of your purchase price. Please understand that
if you do not assist us in filing an insurance claim we will
be unable to successfully recover the value of the item from
the Post Office, and will be unable to refund your purchase price. |
